Unlike a number of other accounting softwares, there is no functionality to handle foreign exchange which would be a great feature to have. While the initial transaction can be entered fairly easily by multiplying out the exchange rate, it's more difficult to ensure AR and AP are updated for FX gains and losses each month as well as foreign currency bank accounts (as both the bank balance and o/s items need to be updated). Would really love to see this feature implemented.

With the globalized economy we have on current times, Sage 300 CRE should set up multicurrency capabilities to be up to date with user needs. Is there any option we can currently use? In my case, we have contracts on 4 different currencies and some of them even have a portion in one currency and another portion on a second currency and it is very frustrating not to have those capabilities and try to figure works around. Is there any intention to go on that path?
