As we began entering ACA dependent information for newborns in 2016, we discovered that the dependent information from 2015 did not carry forward. The segment of our workforce that is eligible for our insurance plan is very stable and changes very little from year to year. Getting all that data entered in 2015 took around 100 hours, plus additional time for proofing. We should not have to invest that kind of time every year to re-enter and proof the same information.
