We have an employee who has access to AP and JC only. Yet, when in AP or JC, if she goes to File>Printouts, she will see all activity in all modules, including how much everyone is earning in PR or how much money is in the bank in CM. We greatly appreciate the ability to have all automatic printouts from the Task menu go to File, but it should somehow be segregated by the module a person has access to. I have learned that when I process anything under the Task menu (that I don't want everyone to see) to go to Printer Setup for each task and just have it print to a printer, but that is an extra step and a waste of paper. Talk to your System admin, this is restricted in windows by not allowing that user access to those files.
