I'm sure many people have spent a long time setting up contract items in Contracts- could have hundreds of items- to discover you missed a line in the schedule of values and it needs to be inserted in the beginning between 2 contract items to be printed correctly on the AIA billing form. What can one do but change each and every contract item below it? The simple add of allowing inserting a contract item row in between others would solve this! Or another great option would be to rearrange contract items. Here's another one- I've created a contract item, billed on it, to later be informed by GC we need to change the billing to have a different line item above the one I billed. No way to rearrange this billing to fix without voiding invoices and redoing etc. This is an important option that I think really needs to be considered by Sage and would benefit many!! Also allowing the contract item # to be edited. I may enter 1, 2, etc and then find out GC wants different #'s for them.
