Change Requests do not show on the CR Log-Oustanding (CR) if unlinked from a Change Order previously approved:

Removed CR close, save, then go back to CR detail tab, in the Notice to proceed or approval, the date approved is still in there unless customer manually removes it.

When customer goes to Reports change requests CR Log-Ourstanding (CR) Change requests that do not have the date approved do not show, even though they are unlinked.

The enhancement would be for any CR unlinked from an approved CO, the Detail tab's Notice to proceed or approval, the date approved would be cleared out.
