the job cost recap section of this report is INCREDIBLY misleading. I showed this report to two other accountants in my office and asked them how much got posted to job costs. and they were wrong, because the recap on this report is wrong. it doubled the actual post. I understand now from a phone tech rep it took the AP side, and the cash payment side and posted it to two different section of the job cost, but this report recap is misleading. if you feel the need to show this double post, please split the info to show the amount from AP and the amount form the cash payment

this current way of showing it in my opinion is wrong, and very misleading
