putting rejection messages in posting reports I don't think is the best way to let me know something didn't post. so much paper is generated, and sometimes I make the call to not print a posting report.
You need to have a pop up window on the screen to tell me something didn't post, and give the reason there to make sure I address it.

We print all reports to our server and save them in categorized files in our Timberline (Sage) folder, and review them from there. Hopefully that will help in the interim to your dilemma.
Print them to a print file and then they can be previewed rather than printed.
How are you viewing these files with our the functionality of the Timberline Object Viewer? We are not receiving reject notification or reject files at all. Causing a search though .TXT files and reimport with fingers crossed that whatever was rejected previously will integrate with Sage.
