When changes are made to an employee record, allow those values to be entered in the log viewer. Currently there are very few changes which are logged tot he log viewer. Client would like to see what is logged or changed on the Employee Pay, Employee Fringe, Employee Deduct, Employee Fringe, and Employee State records.

Comments

  • Log viewer shows task, Employee Setup and Message shows start and end and no detail. Even with Print detail selected for Audit setup activity the report shows Employee ID and "Changed". Does not show what was changed.

  • It would be most helpful if the log viewer showed what actions were taken when an employee goes into the Employee Setup. Information such as employee number, changes, etc.

  • Currently only changes to the tabs are recorded...please add changes to the buttons - Pays, Deducts, Fringes, Taxes and State. The Deducts button needs to go a little further - Direct Deposit changes need to be recorded for security reasons.
