Would like the ability to change the output Location & File name of a COMMITMENT

We have created customized subcontracts and Purchase Order and would like to be able to save them on the SERVER with the correct name and location. Can there be a "ts" variable that can be set to save the output PDF file from a Crystal Report.

  • too much clicking for project management team in a file location that they should not be in. too much room for error and confusion.
