When entering a Commitment CO in PJ, the default status is "approved". This is a nuisance to have to change every single time. Seems strange that there isn't an ability to change the default setting to something else. If there isn't an option to change it, it is stranger that the default is "approved". "Not issued" or "pending" would seem more appropriate.
