We have employees on Authorization work permits and work Visa's that have expiration dates. Would like to have a field where we can enter the identification numbers and expiration date. When an employee is near the expiration date a warning is displayed to inform us that they must update thier identification in order to continue to work. Even have fields for other (multiple) identification such as driver's licenses and expiration for staff that drive company vehicles and so forth. This would reduce the legal liability of making sure we have current and up to date identification.

Important for tracking Form I-9 document expirations. There should be a warning xx days in advance of expiration when doing Enter Time, similar to AP insurance compliance.
