We can create lien releases for our subcontractors and AP vendors, however, there is not an option to have lien releases created for a Job on our behalf so that we can submit our prepared release to the Owner and/or Contractor requesting it. There have been many instances where owners and contractors require us to provide a lien release to them instead of them preparing one for us to sign.
