Sage Estimating SQL should create a estimate file for PJ Change Request to import

Sage Estimating SQL v16.11 does not create a .pee file. The .pee file is needed for a PJ Change Request when you want to import an estimate that is already created.

The Estimating Pervasive version automatically creates the .pee file which is easy to import into PJ-Change Request. I would like to see if the SQL version can create an export to file option that will create a .pee file and save it to a file.

Perhaps this can be added into the Management Console.

  • This still has not been added in Estimating SQL v17.11. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! You can't import the estimate for a PJ change request?? We have to type it in manually into the change request screen??? WTH!!! We consider this a glitch in the system, and it needs to be corrected ASAP.
