In work order entry, Call Type field should be moved to follow Equipment Field. Right now, if you have a default set under agreement to inspection for generating preventative maintenance work orders, anytime you enter a repair/billable work order on a piece of equipment under an agreement, the system changes the Call Type back to Inspection. The person entering work order must remember to make the change and then go back to a prior field and change it back or else it goes out as an inspection work order. This is causing billable work orders to go through as non billable until they are caught later. The current order makes for an awkward flow and mistakes are being made. If the Call Type field followed the Agreement Field, then the user could easily just make the change and move on and errors would be decreased.
