Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: Please add a report to your payroll system showing an employees wages and payroll taxes by state for year-end filing of their income tax. The W-2 is no longer of use especially since we have workers in NY & CT and they both require their wages to agree with the federal wages.

We are in Connecticut and have workers in New York. Up until this year, on the W-2's it was possible to tell the wages and taxes earned in each state. This year Connecticut changed so that the wages report on that line are the same as the Federal income and taxes making it difficult for the employee to determine how much was earned in each state.
