In versions before 14 users have been able to have a Crystal Report with drill down or on demand report and was able to click the printer icon to print the report. In the current version when you are looking at these reports and click the printer icon the system prints the parent report not what you are looking at. There is a KB 55948 that recommends printing to a file and then print the file.
Really after 3 years this cannot be fixed. Desktop was just updated in version 16 that allows more users to use on demand reports. Seems like more clients are asking to be able to print this content without going through exporting something to a file to print it.
Please fix it.

When exporting data needs to be addressed also.
In previous version when exporting text files, you could change the line per page so you could enter 0 not to paginate. You can still do it in Crystal Report writer so I would guess it is all in the viewer.
Same thing with exporting XLS files, when exporting from the view the system added blank lines for sub reports that are suppressed. But when exported from Crystal Report the file does not have these extra blank rows.
Several of our users are very frustrated having to print to file and then print where previously they did not have to. Please fix.
