When a job is set up as a certified payroll job, we need a column in the AP entry grid alerting us so we can notify our subs that a report is required.
Basically, we need the Certified Payroll check box from the job setup screen be an column on the AP entry grid.

Martha - have you worked with the Job Compliance functionality before? In JC, you can set the requirement to produce certified reports by job and vendor type. From there, you should be able to create a report (or automatic email if you have MyAssistant) that notifies the vendor of this requirement.
In addition, I would ensure this requirement is detailed in the subcontract they sign so they know up front they should be submitting them with their invoices.
