That will allow users to send print job to the program which could do e-mail distribution of pay stubs (i.e. PrintBoss). This will allow users to use full power of check design without resorting to custom built pay stub solutions, which are hard to maintain, lack in flexibility or too slow to generate. This option would be real improvement to the payroll system and will complement direct deposit solution
