Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: We are currently running SAGE 15.1.39 Rev2 Acct Update 7 We have multiple users using different modules in our SAGE environment. The issue is when the payroll module is not in use by anyone - posting cannot execute because the system is generating a message that says the MASTER FILE RECORD is in use. Our only remedy is to have everyone exit the SAGE app before the Payroll module can execute a post. Can we have a solution that can identify which account has locked the Master File Record so that we execute our posting, and keep everyone working.
