Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: Bug - after upgrading to 16.1 (Rev 6) - AP and GL have unexpectedly shut down at least 5 times in less than one month since upgrade (rarely happened in 15.1).

Bug:
After upgrading to 16.1 (Rev 6) from 15.1:
1) AP has unexpectedly shut down at least 3 times in less than one month since upgrade (rarely happened in 15.1). (Most recent time was going to Tasks, Change Invoices. Other times were different)
2) GL has unexpectedly shut down at least 2 times in less than one month since upgrade (extremely rare or never happened in 15.1 that I recall). Happened both times while having a financial statement report up in print preview while in the task record entry. Get the error message This Program has Quit. Invalid Grid number TS 1804.

I have also had this happen when attempting to print from an inquiry.
