For JC Job-related work orders:

Labor cost codes are set with the Repair code, so each line can be different with no additional work involved other than selecting a different repair code.

Material cost codes all use the cost code set on the Problem code. To change it, you need to go into the register, go into the Form view, and change it one by one. This can be laborious for people who have significant integration with JC.
