Currently the Employee's WC State overrides the State on the JC - Job Setup - Scope & Payroll tab.
Normally we want the job to determine the WC State for the earnings. However, sometimes our time is not job costed. If we leave the Employee's WC State Blank so JC determines the state, no WC is generated when the employee is not job costed.
Add a checkbox on the Employee Setup - Entry Info tab- after the "WC State" field. Label this field "Use Job WC State". When this box is checked, retrieve the WC State from the Job, and only use the Employee's WC State if the WC State cannot be retrieved from JC.
