If you accidentally put the wrong date in when doing refund apply in PM there is no way to change the date. After 2 hours of doing the steps recommended article and working with tech support I am left with my balances correct but my open AR report will be incorrect for the next 100 years. There is no way to change the date in refund/apply after you hit enter. You can change transactions or anything else but not this. Now my Open AR report is off. The only alternative was for the open AR to be correct and the tenant statements to be incorrect.
It has to happen often that a person accidentally mis types the date, in my case turning 2017 to 2107. It should not take hours on the phone to come up with what is really just a partial fix of the issue.
