Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: PR - needs life to date field for all deductions so it prints actual YTD on check regardless of if retain YTD is checked (this should be a different field called Life to Date if the item needs to be tracked this way)

To be compliant for check stubs, the ACTUAL YTD amounts need to print on the stub for deductions!!!!
As it currently is canned the YTD amount shows LIFE TO DATE when the Retain YTD is checked to make the deduction limit work, causing issues!
Suggestion to correct this - add a field in the PR Employee Deduction called Life to Date (add that in all pays, deducts, taxes would be suggested) and make the working of the limit tied to that if "no limit" and "Retain YTD" is checked. On stubs cause YTD to print true YTD.

I agree. As a workaround, we use a formula that uses YTD Ded less Piror Year Ded for any deduct with the Retain YTD totals at close year check marked.
