With an update to 15.1 the PJ Change Management check box is always checked. We (and I am assuming other companies as well) do not use Project Management, and so an application administrator has to go in and un-check this box. The administrator also has to un-check the box in Contracts as well. If we can't get it to just be an option while setting up the job, can we at least change the security setting so that someone else besides an application administrator has to deal with it?
