We are currently using another software to manage HR items such as all the new hire forms, safety, etc.
The employees enter all their demographic information via that software. It would be nice to have the ability to download most if not all the information from the software into a format that could be imported into Timberline. The software we have can be written to download whatever we want, however we want, in any file format, but currently Timberline does not have the functionality to import an employee setup.
This would be a huge enhancement since we have employees that complete their paperwork from the field, etc and it would save us from having to do double entry on our end in both systems.

We use a software called Business Automation Specialists, Inc. (www.BASpay.com) to accomplish this from Ascentis. We previously used the same woftware to bridge the data from HRMS. You may want to look into purchasing this third party software.
