The system currently in place for carrying over sick or vacation time does not allow a cap so going into the new year, the accrued balance of sick or vacation time will be more than it should be. I was told by a rep that there is currently no solution for this.

  • We have had success creating 2 accrual pays for sick time accrued and sick time used and adding formulas to cap not only the yearly accrual, but also the total carryover. Your Sage consultant should be able to help with this.
