Please allow the Extra to be entered in the Invoice Header section of Enter Quickbill, similar to how we are able to select "Customer" and "Job#". If the Job has extras, please add an addiitional field with drop down to select the Extra for the job.

Or, add the Extra to the invoice columns and allow for it to carry down from the line above.

Although it is nice to allow multiple Extras to be billed on one invoice, it is very time-consuming on billings with many line items where you are billing for the same Extra on entire invoice to have to re-select the Extra on every single line item. Also easy to miss accidentally since that window doesn't open automatically, requires a mouse click to get into that window.
