When we enter a contract based billing there is no field for us to add a description like there was when we did our billings through Job Cost. That field provided information on the AR Aging reports that now comes up blank when we use the Billing module. The only time there is information in that field on the Aging Report is if it is a Retainage Billing. The system automatically inserts that description into that type of billing.

We need a description field that we can enter our own information into. Then we need that information to be sent to Accounts Receivable and General Ledger so it will appear on reports.
