I struggled with this on my Surface Pro 4 laptop on Windows 10 and found a the following steps to help. I believe it is the very worst on a high res screen. On the shortcut icon to the program, click the right mouse and go to properties. Click on the compatibility tab and put a check in the box "override High DPI scaling behavior. In the dropdown under "scaling performed by", choose System. This really did the trick for me. Hope this helps in the interim. Hopefully this issue will be resolved in another update.
