Unless you use the search or drop-down function to select a subcontract, the system allows you to enter a commitment change order to a different job than the original commitment. This has caused problems with job costs and commitment amounts, and then that subcontract is no longer associated with a job so it will not show up on any commitment by job inquiries or reports. I can't think of a situation where this should be allowed, so I don't understand why it isn't a blocked function.
