I pay an annual fee to have access to support and updates. The call back option that is required now is unacceptable. I wait for a call back for hours and if I miss it I have to start again. I've ate up full days waiting for phone calls.
The specialist are late on appointments as well.

I've had luck with this by giving them my cell phone number as the call back number then have them call me on the office phone when I get back to my desk. This way I am not chained to my desk for fear of missing the call
