Certain tasks support use of a mouse wheel for scrolling (e.g. Inquiries) and others do not. The mouse wheel doesn't seem to work in any Find windows, for instance in "Find Change Request."

It seems like you should be able to use a mouse wheel for scrolling anywhere within the software... but you can't.
