One should have the option of voiding a lien waiver at the same time they are voiding a payment. Having to void the payment, then go into subcontractor compliance management to void the lien waiver can be very time consuming, especially when you have multiple voids. If the AP clerk forgets to void the lien waiver, the individual managing compliance might not realize they are trying to collect a signature on a lien waiver that technically no longer exists.
