We are using the SSC Customer Portal very regularly. We have had several customers ask that the character limit on the work order description be increased (currently 200 character max). I'm told this is a limitation in the work order description in Sage. Can you increase the character limit in Service Management for work order descriptions? This gives our customers more room to describe their issue in detail and perhaps help diagnose the issue before getting on-site.
