The database allows for 17 numeric characters in the GL budget amount fields. But when manually entering or importing a budget, only 11 characters are allowed.

A 100 billion (or even 1 trillion) dollar budget can be pushed in from Microsoft Access, but only 100 million can be manually entered or imported because of the entry limitation.
