Sage 300 CRE is massive program. Upgrades generate downtime and, when bugs need to be fixed, they generate a big amount of frustrations and long resolution delays affecting efficiency/productivity. We created test servers to mimic the live environment; we like to perform the upgrades and testing on the test servers and then perform the live environment upgrade once we fixed all the problems.
With your new licensing system, our test environment is rendered almost useless.
It would be very nice if you could offer test licenses to your subscribers. They can be restricted, or even temporary(as long you have an easy, online delivery system... caling support takes way to much time and can yeld no results)
