They system allows a job or contract to be closed when there is still an amount to bill. For expample a holdback or a change order.

It would be beneficial to have a warning to the user letting them know that there is an amount to bill still showing in the system. Giving the user the ooprtunity to investigate and decide if it is a ok to close the job/contract.
