You have a timecard. Make it more competitive with other timecard programs. We need to be able to set rules and ideally approval. It needs to be able to calculate and report OT automatically based on these rules in the timecard (not via PR after import). And it needs to be able to adhere to state laws on reporting lunches and any other wording. It needs to be easy to code only to open labor codes on jobs and service work orders alike. It needs to be easy to use for multiple payroll file folders (companies). If we could setup if, then type things based on fields or partial fields in the setup it would be ideal. Some other features that are nice of other programs that would be ideal are: gps tracking (not via cell tower) with geo-fencing, ability to set exceptions and report/email flagging of them, pictures of employees, scheduling of employees with maps, production/daily logs for foreman required, automated weather tracking and reporting on daily log based on job location.

Some good ideas here
As far as I can tell, there is no electronic time card. Where is it?
