If we have multiple payroll folders (companies) and put in a wage limit in the field in WC, it limits the WC across all payroll folders (companies). This is a problem if you operate, as most companies who operate in multiple states do, in states with varying workers' comp wage rate limits! The solution would be to have the limit in the WC table so it could be setup basically by state and code. (Please see also the enhancement request to have cost code section in WC table so that we could set all cost codes that are in that section to use that code and rate in the table.)
