Researching the import estimate feature in Job Cost I found a drawback. You cannot import a description for a group cost code. We are an electrical contractor and although we have a well defined system for labor codes, each job is unique in the labor breakdown structure so standard cost codes won't work. It would be handy to import estimates but the group codes will appear with "No Description" so we would have to go back and re-type all of them.

This seems like a minor oversight so maybe it could be corrected easily.
