service management set up should allow for alpha characters. Between jobs, purchase orders, cost codes and service module there are only so many numbers usable before people get confused as to which number goes where! We need the ability to use letters to distinguish service management work order numbers.

An Update would be nice, we are running out of numbers for our service work orders. They will start intertwining with our job numbers in a month or two!
still having this issue, we are out of numbers and the only solution SAGE has given is to delete history! We work on the same buildings year after year and want to keep the information readily available.
