I would to be able to enter pay rate changes in SAGE PR, including amount increased or decreased, the date of the change, and a small line for a comment. It should also have an unlimited number of entries - we have employees that have been here 20+ years, and sometimes there is a lot of data.

A typical entry might look like this:

Sam Smith
$2/hour +
Merit Increase

This would allow me to create a report of pay rates that includes increases and dates.
