Currently users have to set-up mark-ups / add-ons for each job, there is no option to apply a standard markup of burden rate for every job. It would be nice to have the option to change this in one place and have it apply to all job in the data folder.

Ex: Burden rate is 10%, it is tedious to have to 1. set-up for every job and 2. change for every job if/when this rate changes.
