We have more than one Service Coordinator or Dispatcher. We need a field in the Work Order to identify which Service Coordinator or Dispatcher is handling each Work Order. This field should be specifically called "Service Coordinator" or "Dispatcher". The same field should also be added to the display Screen for Work Orders as well as adding it to the list to be able to create a filter for. It is common for service companies to have more than one person as a dispatcher, so it should be a field many could use. As a new user, I am very surprised this isn't a field in place already. It is greatly needed.
