Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: When linking a Change Order to a Contract item, have and option to automatically have the system assign the next NEW contract item.

We want all Change Orders to be linked to new Contract Items at the bottom of the Contract.
We do not want COs accidentally linked to existing Contract Items.
Please add an option in Settings that would require COs to be linked to a NEW Contract Item. Ideally, even have the system automatically create the next Contract Item.
