Create an Inquiry to see who is logged into a module and for how long, also show who is accessing what files. When we need to post Payroll by a sharp deadline to have My Assistant send out electron paystubs, we cannot because there are people in EQ, GL and Payroll access files. We also have other programs, portals that are accessing the database files on an hourly basis not allowing us to Post Payroll. We also have people that keep reports, modules open and not realize it, preventing us from using a license. Pervasive is hosted on our server that only or IT company has access too, so its not easy for us to get this information. Log Viewers information is difficult to sort through, but since the data is all there, an inquiry or report or ODBC spreadsheet could be created for us to see this information quickly when needed.
