Create permissions to give payroll clerks or other accounting people that are helping payroll when then are on vacation or sick, but clocks them from seeing any salaried or office employee. Our field is all union employees so there wage rates are public knowledge and we could use other people's help in the department to utilize payroll or access certified payroll records but we do not want them to access Employee Setups for Salaried people. We do not want to create another database to keep the information secure. We also job cost our project managers and project engineers, and have a difficult time keeping that information secure with the salary. there should be different level of security for Payroll Groups

  • Yes. Right now you have to have two master payroll files. One for field and one for office. Those two files have to be merged in Aatrix when reporting.
