Currently when you pull "employee name" to an inquiry, it shows as Firstname Lastname -- which is understandable as that is how you say peoples names. But often, for reporting purposes, you want to sort the information by employee LAST NAME.

Would be nice to have the option for Employee Name show in inquiries just as it does in the payroll module Lastname;Firstname. OR, divide the name into seperate columns -- Lastname in one column, and Firstname in another column.

This would save the step of exporting name to excel, dividing it into columns, then sorting by last name.
