Currently the option for pay periods is not available for years where there will be 27 pay periods and not 26 pay periods (for Biweekly calculations). This situation can also occur for years where there will be 53 pay periods and not 52.
Allow the ability to select this option so that the calculation of withholding taxes is more accurate. This impacts several taxes.
